Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, often accompanied by deep relaxation. In this state, individuals are more receptive to positive suggestions, making it easier to change habits, address fears, manage pain, and enhance mental well-being. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis doesn’t involve losing control; instead, the individual remains aware and in charge, simply guided to access the subconscious mind to explore and influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I will schedule an initial consultation via an online call or an in-person session.

After the initial consultation, your sessions will be an average of 50 minutes. Each session will include therapeutic questioning and a tailored trance session to address your own needs.
Clients will be given a specific audio they are required to listen to daily. This further reinforces the positive changes being formed in your subconscious mind from the 1-1 sessions.
